Definition of Business Process Reengineering & Supply Chain Management [Asmo Devision]
Business Process Reengineering is a philosophy that
business will improve if radical
improvement is done in the way company's doing their
business. Supply chain management is the way
of how we observe a company as a supply chain, which
is material flow from supplier to customer and
information flow from customer to supplier.
The advantage of this project is that improvement
opportunity can be identified and the improvement
program can be executed to enhance operational
process on supply chain management.
