Role: SAP R/3 PP & SD Module Consultant, Supply Chain Management Analyst of Manufacturing.

Brief Company Profile:
A multinational automotive group company located in Jakarta.

Brief Responsibilities:
In the consultant team, preparing work plan, developing methodology & tools  in each project. This includes identification, designed 'To Be' concept, simulations, cost-benefit analysis, implementation, determined key performance indicator, documentation-procedure and supporting IT requirement, application development. Designing SAP Implementation strategy, configuration, prototyping, fine-tuning, ABAP/4 additional functionality program specifications, integration testing the configuration to ensure that it meets the defined business requirements, configuration documentation and procedure, established user manual and conducted user training.

Conducting business requirement preparations, analyzing, designing SAP implementation strategy, configuration, prototyping, fine-tuning, ABAP/4 additional functionality program specifications, integration testing the configuration to ensure that it meets the defined business requirements, configuration documentation and procedure, created user manual and conducted user training.

Conducting business requirement preparations, analyzing, designing SAP implementation strategy, configuration, prototyping, fine-tuning, ABAP/4 additional functionality program specifications, integration testing the configuration to ensure that it meets the defined business requirements, configuration documentation and procedure, established user manual and conducted user training.

As the Business Process Reengineering – Supply Chain Management : Production Planning consultant, together with the Sales & Distribution, and Logistic cycle SCM consultants conducted mapping the old business process, analyzing, developing the best concept, cost-benefit analysis, simulating, determined key performance indicator, documentation and procedure. Together with the other team members successfully brought the system into “go-live” new concept stage on June 1997.

Together with the other team members successfully brought the concept end system into “go-live” the new concept, stage on Aug’95 and increased achievement from 78% to 100% also capacity from 750 unit become 1000 unit per month.
